Many people were concerned about the flood of new players that the WOW migration could bring, and the kind of players they could turn out to be. Every time I look at one of these posts from someone who was a WOW veteran, I am happy and want to go back and tell them, don't fret! There are always bad eggs. There are always bad eggs. There were some before in the FFXIV Community. There are numerous other excellent ones. Many sprouts are looking for the same amazing adventure we all have the privilege of sharing.

We have mods and devs who discourage the use of rude or abusive language on a variable basis. This has led to players who refuse to accept such behaviour. They then report bad eggs promptly and it all gets re-feeding back into.

Another participant made a wonderful argument - even though I've been told that I don't read his posts - that FFXIV's storyline encourages the cultural. Instead of a story where two groups of players are at war It's a story that encourages forgiveness and cooperation when confronted with conflict. This is a game in which players can be hit with the dodgeball (Fire and the dodgeball). The dodgeball is not a thing you can dodge. There are enough times that the ref will tell you to go back to the start zone before you can join the fight. It's refreshing!

I grew up on a WoW RP server so it's no surprise that the city was vibrant. However, FFXIV does it in the way that is different, and it's definitely not a traditional game play. There are people just who are having a good time. That's what makes it special.

A couple of weeks ago I was looking through this sub-forum and came across some posts about limsa afkers. I was tempted to visit and explore them since once you've reached level 60, the cities that are og be less and less visible in your story.

So I decided to swing to see if Limsa was as popular as posts claimed it to be. Immediately my frames as well as jaw fell. Limsa is the place where I view my frames that are less than 120. I did not realize how close Limsas Market was. I use it for all of my shopping. In between runs, I spend time just relaxing listening to the bards and discussing stupid stuff nowadays.
