First, check the power cord, plug and socket. If any are damaged, they should be replaced. If there are no problems, check whether the band switch or rheostat is damaged or the connection is disconnected. If it is damaged or disconnected, replace the damaged component and re-solder the connection. If there are no issues, check whether the motor coil is broken or open-circuited (internally). If the coil is broken, it can be re-welded. If there is an open circuit inside the coil, the coil can only be rewound. ?
(3) The motor speed fails to reach the rated speed
First, inspect the bearings. If the bearings are damaged, replace them. If there is a lack of oil or too much dirt inside the bearings, clean them and add grease. Check whether there are any abnormalities on the surface of the commutator or whether the brush fits well with the commutator surface. If there are any abnormalities on the surface of the commutator, such as a layer of oxide, it should be ground with fine sandpaper. If the fit between the commutator and the brush does not match, it should be adjusted to a state of good contact. If there are no above problems, check whether there is a short circuit in the rotor coil. If there is, rewind 78 turns. Check whether the speed control resistor W is adjustable. If it is not damaged, measure whether the conduction voltage UD of the thyristor SCR and SCR2 is normal. If it is normal, measure the conduction of SCR1 and SCR2. When normal, it conducts in the forward direction and cuts off in the reverse direction. Otherwise, replace the thyristor.
(4) There is a large spark between the commutator and the brush
Check whether the surface of the commutator is flat. If the surface is not flat, it can be sanded with sandpaper. If the brush has poor contact with the commutator, use fine sandpaper to sand the part and readjust the fit between the brush and the commutator. If there is a problem with the brush, the brush can only be replaced. If there are no issues with the above, it is necessary to check whether there is a local short circuit in the magnetic field coil or whether the coil is to ground, or whether there is a local short circuit or open circuit in the rotor coil. If either the magnetic field coil or the rotor coil is damaged, the magnetic field coil or the rotor coil must be rewound.
(5) The centrifuge chamber is not cooled down
Centrifuge refrigeration adopts a compression single-stage evaporation cycle refrigeration, and the refrigeration process requires two systems to be composed. One is the control system, and the other is the refrigeration system. It can be seen that if the centrifugal chamber does not cool down (i.e., it does not cool), it may be due to a malfunction in the control system or the refrigeration system. First, check and confirm whether it is the control system or the refrigeration system that has malfunctioned. If the refrigeration compressor is running but the centrifugal chamber does not cool down, it may be that the refrigeration system is leaking fluorine or clogged. In this case, the refrigeration system needs to be checked for leaks and refilled with fluorine. If the refrigeration compressor does not operate, it indicates a control system failure. First, check whether the temperature setting value and display change of the centrifugal chamber are normal. If they are normal, check whether the temperature sensor and the plugs and wiring of the plug-in board of the centrifugal chamber are in good contact, and whether the compressor starter (PTC) is damaged or the compressor coil is disconnected. Check and solve each problem one by one.
